0 - Ken Soutar Glamis farmer and provider to SCRMC of one of the best tracks any where in Britain. Big rival, and friend, of John Bethel. – always rides with the number 0. |

7 - Richard Bird From Doune, rides a nice Java Metisse and is a long time rider with the club and sometimes travels long distances to such meetings as the Red Marley Hillclimb in the English Midlands. Wears a very cool stars and stripes crash helmet. |

8 - Keith Mason From Carlisle, current club scrambles champion and rider of a pristine Mark 7 Bultaco Pursang. His father, Gordon Mason, was one of the top Cumbrian Scramblers of the 1960’s. |

9 - Willie Dalling From Gorebridge, hard worker for the club as well as an excellent scrambler and trials rider - main man for Scottish six days trial. 2004 SCRMC off road champion overall. Citroen garage owner and Creena’s dad. Sadly Willie passed away suddenly in December 2005 |

10 - George Hodge A legend in Scottish Scrambling having been National champion 8 times. A farmer from Abington, he rides the beautiful, ex Vic Allan, Bob Pearson Gold Star Metisse and kindly allows club events on his land. Tall and strong, he is still a formidable rider. |

11 - Paul Elliott From Duns, rides a Trisba 650cc in the pre 60 class and is a great young rider with a forceful style - little lad on a great big bike in the tradition of Vic Eastwood. Potential future club champion. |

19 - Richard Jones From North Berwick and is a long time SCRMC rider. Rides one of the oldest bikes in the club – a marvellous 1949 500 AJS – a real man’s machine. He used to ride a BSA Victor and an AJS Stormer. |

22 - Gordon McMeechan Good trials rider on a Greeves as well as top scrambler on a Cheney Triumph and BSA Victor – both very nice machines. |

24 - Richard Winn From Cumbria, rides on ex Dave Brinicombe 250cc Honda Elsinore, previously imported from UTAH, USA. Richard used to push a very nice Greeves round the track at SCRMC scrambles. Road rider turned very slow but keen scrambler. |

32 - Douglas Grant From Ayr, former pre 65 up to 250cc class champion, rides a very reliable ex Jackie Campbell Greeves Challenger and also owns SCRMC pre 70 class winning 380cc Greeves Griffon. |

39 - Ray McManus Carlisle builder and pre 656 up to 350cc SCRMC champion for the past 2 years, owns many bikes including an ex Dave Bicking Twin Port 250cc CZ. 60 years of age and has been riding since early 1960’s. |

41 - Tommy Reynolds From Ashington in North East England, is a former DOT works rider and was Scottish 250cc Scrambles champion in 1963. His nephew is Superbike champion John Reynolds, who is a former scrambler on an Armstrong/CCM in the early 1980’s before progressing to classic road racing and finally modern road racing. |

42 - Colin Campbell Frank’s (#81) brother is a real CZ man and has his own mechanic called Dave and drives a Nissan Primara. |

44 - John Bethell From Kendal, ace rider, commentator and Club Stalwart – all round good guy and CCM fan. Son rides for Workington Comets Speedway Team. |

52 - Dave Marshall From Wishaw, is a long time rider with the club on a AJS Stormer and a big 1960 500cc Matchless. Presents a very traditional scrambling appearance with old style open face helmet and leather riding breeches with the yellow stripe. |

55 - Tommy Anderson Has been one of the clubs best riders in the Pre 75 up to 300cc class for a long time and is most spectacular in style on his Husky. He is the son of 60’s scrambles star and club stalwart Blair Anderson. |

56 - John McCrink Joel Roberts lookalike and driver of silver Toyota vehicle and friend of Dave from Essex. CZ fan and former owner of crap Greeves. Producer of program for Scottish Pre 65 Trial & proprietor of ‘Classic Off-Road’ supplier of everything you need. |

65 - Mike Barnes From Milnthorpe, Cumbria, was English Northern Centre Scrambles Champion in 1967 on a green Matchless Metisse and again in 1972 on one of the very first CCM’s (then called a CLEWS STROKA). Mike is a farmer by trade and is a very stylish rider, whose sons Keith & Tony also ride with the SCRMC, all riding CCM’s |

66 - Jim McQuillin From Galashiels, started riding with the club in 2004 on a CZ purchased from Colin Campbell with immediate good results and getting better. |

67 - Graham Bell From Kelso, rides a Triumph engined Montesa and a Bultaco Pursang. A former top Scottish scrambler in the early 1970’s on a Montesa. Often wears a top hat. |

70 - Ian Melville Is the King of the trailer builders and has changed classes from Pre 65 up to 350cc on a four stroke BSA to the Pre 70 class on a two stroke 250cc AJS Stormer, the make of machine he always used to ride. |

77 - John Threlked From Cumbria, is a very neat rider of an ex Colin Iveson Fluff Brown Cotton. Also owns an ex Dave Rowlandson 360 Bultaco Pursang & used to ride a really nice DOT purchased from friend and rival Ray McManus. |

81 - Frank Campbell From Edinburgh, rides an immaculate Bultaco Pursang and is equally immaculate himself with very shiny boots and double glazed tinted riding goggles. |

85 - Willie Gordon Ace track builder and hard worker for the club, owns very nice Triumph Greeves and Cheney BSA |

88 - Alan McKay Long time rider with club – owns 350 JAP-Greeves & four stroke Honda, also rides twinshocks, always wears Melrose Rugby jersey. |

89 - Mike Bell From Gorebridge, is a very good big bike rider (Triumph Metisse) who is the Boss’s (Creena) husband & the son of legendary Ian Bell, many times Scottish Scrambles who was still competing successfully in Enduros in his seventies. |

91 - Alistair Aird Is a very good rider on a AJS Stormer as well as being the cousin of Scottish Scrambles hero Jimmy Aird. He is a long time rider with the club, previously riding a DOT and also uses a trailer which once belonged to the great Dave Bickers and dates back to 1966. |

112 - Andrew Johnstone Lives in London, but is formerly from Workington, Cumbria and rides a very original DOT bought from a bike shop in Ayr. Andrew and his Dad are very keen DOT fans and have several in their collection. He broke his collarbone at Ashkirk Scramble in 1999. |

118 - Grant McClure From Dunoon, is one of the club’s quickest Pre 75 250cc riders on a Maico & is also a good twinshock rider on a 1981 250cc Maico. |

119 - Peter Yates Travels long distances from his home in Peterhead to ride in SCRMC scrambles. A most spectacular and very quick big four stroke rider. Still rides his long time owned Matchless Metisse. Always wears a bubble visor instead of a peak on his helmet. |

Vic’s older brother and bike shop owner, rides lovely yellow four speed Bultaco Metisse. |

125 - Ian Stainton
From Kendal, rides 250cc Kawasaki previously owned by ex Club Champion Paul Brinicombe. Used to ride a 360 Bultaco and once broke his leg badly at Ashkirk Scramble. His father Stewart is a very good rider with the club. |

131 - Jake Stenhouse
A plumber by trade who rides 250cc MAG (magnesium engine cases) Husky and a very nice black original 500cc Triumph Metisse purchased in 2004 from club member and sometimes race starter Bob Eyers who had the bike road registered for tarmac use. |

150 - Phil Nelson
From Carlisle, is the 2004 Pre 65 over 350cc Champion and a very smooth stylish rider on a genuine 441cc BSA Victor, tuned previously by the late Fred Barlow formerly of BSA Comp. Shop and supposedly Jeff Smith’s mechanic. Phil is a very good mechanic and also a good Pre 65 trials rider on a 250cc Tiger Cub. |

191 - Simon Watson
From Newcastle, is one of the stars of twinshock, racing his JBR Honda as well as being great force in Pre 75 up to 300cc class on a four stroke Honda. Definitely one of the best riders in Scottish vintage racing. |

252 - Dennis Rawcliffe
A successful businessman from Preston who rides a Ujames Holland Tribsa and is also a regular trail rider on a KTM as well as a BMW road bike. Usually assisted at meeting by expert mechanic, Pete. |
